We believe it is important for our clients to know how much in design fees they might have to pay. That transparency allows clients to better understand their projects and to better prepare for the costs that come with Design, Architectural Technology and Building Plan Compliance. At RM Art our fees better reflect the our commitment to reasonable design fees without compromising good design.
What are you paying for?
1. Design Development
Includes Brief Development, Site Survey (GIS),
Spatial Arrangement, Concept Development & Revisions, 3D Image Rendering, Final Design Refinement.
2. Architectural Engineering & Technology
3. Building Plan Compliance &
Submission
Includes design complying with Council Bylaws
and at times HOA regulations, Compliance with SANS 10400 Building Regulations. Compilation of Council Documents, Submission of Plan until Approval is acquired.
Includes extensive Technical Specification, Energy Calculations, Drainage & Electrical Layout, Structural Integrity of Design, Construction Drawings etc.
